doctors have blogs?
Indeed, they do. This may be old hat to those who are more blogocentric than I, but there is a small community of medical bloggers, which were covered in a recent artice in the Los Angeles Times. I might end up following a few of them for personal enjoyment. Also, one of the higher-ups at work was interested, so I put together a list. Not sure how precisely you're classing "doctors", but I've been reading Tom Reynold's blog for a year or so; he's an EMT for the London Ambulance Service, which is certainly medical. Quite interesting.

Yes, actually a few people on that list are nurses or researchers.
Apparently lawyers are even bigger bloggers, so much that they have their own lingo (they call them "blawgs").
